Keith’s current responsibilities are Edafio’s Chief Technology Officer, NWA Managing Partner
Keith joined Edafio as President and CEO in 2010. His most significant contribution was establishing a set of Core Values and culture that are Edafio’s foundation. This foundation resulted in attracting very talented team members with shared values and lots of new clients. Edafio grew from 11 to 100 employees under Keith’s leadership and increased revenue by 6x with best-in-class performance as recognized by Service Leadership, who benchmarks thousands of technology services companies each year. To accommodate the growth, Edafio opened offices in NWA and Conway while building a new expanded office in NLR. Edafio was recognized as an Arkansas Business of the Year finalist in 2014 and a winner 2017. In 2020, Keith and Kenny Kinley completed the final phase of a 3-year transition plan with Kenny Kinley moving into the President and CEO role and Keith into his current position.
In addition to Keith’s time at Edafio, he spent 13 years with IBM as a Systems Engineer and Application Development Leader. After IBM, he spent 15 years at Acxiom in solution delivery and leadership roles.
Keith is a native Arkansan and grew-up in Carlisle. He graduated from the University of Arkansas BSME summa cum laude in 1981 and an MBA with a focus on finance and management in 1982. Keith is married to Robin, his wife of 37 years, children Robert and his wife Amanda, Mary Grace and her husband Zachary Jostad with grandson Elliot, and Tanner. Keith served as an elder at Fellowship Bible Church in Little Rock for 12 years with a focus on Christian mediations.
