LITTLE ROCK, AR – Edafio Technology Partners, Arkansas’s largest IT Managed Services Provider, announced that Don Swartz has been appointed Edafio’s Chief Operating Officer.
As COO, Swartz will join the Edafio executive team and be responsible for Edafio operations and the integration of future acquisitions. He will report directly to Edafio’s President and CEO, Kenny Kinley.

Swartz is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in technology and operational leadership in Private Equity owned companies and Fortune 100 and 500 companies.

Before his position at Edafio, he was the Chief Operations Officer at CompassMSP, Executive Vice President at Flexential and SVP of Operations and Technology at Quality Technology Services. He was responsible for revenue generation and cost reductions while improving organizational capabilities and team morale. He also oversaw the sale of an Advent International-owned fixed-income retail U.S. marketplace and wealth management technology platform, BondDesk Group LLC.
As a proven Information Technology and Operations Executive with domestic and international experience, Don takes pride in leading large, diverse teams to achieve bottom-line business value. He will be based in Northern Virginia, where he currently resides.
