The comings and goings of staff are a part of every dynamic organization; therefore, getting to know our coworkers better as people can be challenging. We have to be mindful that our company culture thrives on our exceptional people and their outstanding technical skills. As such, we are finding that our periodic interviews with associates allow us to acknowledge and celebrate the beautiful life stories, extraordinary professional accomplishments, and even the little quirks that make us uniquely beautiful human beings.
We hope you find each Edafio associate story as inspiring as we do in gathering and sharing them.

Everyone at Edafio has a story about why they joined the team. What’s yours?
While working in public service, I was craving a change of pace and wanted less time on the road. A friend (Peter Burg) worked at Edafio and recommended me for the position of Client Relationship Manager. The role seemed like a perfect fit combining my previous work experience and relationship development/management skills. Edafio’s work culture immediately stood out, awarded as one of the “Best Places to Work in Arkansas” and as a company exemplifying its core values. Diving into the field of Technology was certainly a new change of pace, and I have learned so much from the amazing coworkers who inspire, teach, and uplift me daily. Edafio has been a wonderful place to work and grow both personally and professionally.
Edafio is always looking for exceptional candidates to join our team. For an opportunity to work with folks like Kelsey, visit our careers page to learn more.
