Tell us a little about yourself.

I have been here for my entire life, other than being born in California, where I lived 24 hours. When they released me from the hospital, my family moved to Arkansas. I have two kids, Grady, 20 and Olivia, 18.

What does your job entail? 

I am the Client Engagement Leader, VCIO for Sevier County Medical Center. Work with our teams to prepare all Information Technology solutions for the new hospital.

What brought you to Edafio? 

Twenty-seven years at Baptist Health, it was time for new opportunities and helped grow an excellent Arkansas-based company.

Do you have a motto or personal mantra? 

Embrace Change. If you’re not changing, you’re not growing.

What do you like to do most outside of work? 

Total Outdoors. Fall Camping, Hunting and Summer Lake Life.

What skill do you think everyone should learn? 

Listening is the most critical skill and tool that everyone should learn to embrace.

What upcoming technological innovation will dramatically impact the industry in the next five years? 

Mobile transactions and tracking. Pay practices moving to credit or electronic payments, cash will be less and less valued.
