RUSSELLVILLE/ LITTLE ROCK – October 5, 2020 – Friendship Community Care (FCC) has awarded Edafio Technology Partners a multi-year engagement for full healthcare IT outsourcing services in support of FCC’s mission of empowering people with disabilities to lead dignified lives. The partnership is designed specifically to help manage rapid growth and evolving regulatory requirements and associated complexity of IT systems and infrastructure. Under the terms of the agreement, Edafio Technology Partners will assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of all IT operations, and provide comprehensive application services and support utilizing both on-site and remote offerings. Services include support/management, 24/7/365 service desk, infrastructure support, data center operations, network administration, desktop operations, and project management/administration.

Craig Cloud, FCC’s chief executive officer stated, “Friendship is excited to partner with one of our States leading technology firms to assist us with managing our IT systems as we strive to prepare for the future utilizing enhanced technology to further the mission and philosophy of Friendship Community Care.”
