With that in mind, we go to great lengths to ensure new hires meet or exceed client expectations as well as live and work in alignment with our core values that form the very foundation of who we are:

  • Take Accountability
  • Unquestionable integrity
  • A commitment to our client’s success
  • A one-team approach with humility and respect

If you embrace our values, we want to hear from you.

Intern with leaders

We are looking for someone who is curious about discovering what’s possible and finding innovative ways of using technology to protect, run and grow businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for any enthusiastic student to enter a fast-paced and high-growth environment and get hands-on experience with our team.

The Journey Continues

We are a proud partner with the ACDS Work-Based Learning Program and their Apprenticeship Program as additional pathways at Edafio.

The ACDS Work-Based Learning Program allows for a non-traditional internship pathway, allowing the Intern to work 40 hours per week for 90 days, and it does not require active enrollment in a collegiate program. The Registered Apprenticeship program offers a continuation of learning at Edafio and allows our teams to gain valuable training, certifications, and peer-to-peer learning opportunities.

We adhere to the University of Central Arkansas’ Internship requirements; to learn more, please visit the UCA Department of Computer Science and Engineering Internships page.

Interesting Fact!

Per the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE), approximately 70% of interns receive a job offer from their host company, with nearly 80% accepting this offer. This equates to 56% of all interns transitioning into full-time roles. Remarkably, at Edafio, we’re proud to share that one-fifth, or 20%, of our interns successfully convert their internship into a rewarding full-time position with us. We’re excited for you to become part of this statistic and join our team!
