Client Engagement Leader

The Client Engagement Leader will be responsible for leading IT related functions at assigned client(s) and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Important activities include managing IT related projects, leading team, managing engagement sales and profitability, and understanding client needs and priorities.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred and five or more years of technology leadership experience
  • Preferred candidate will have prior experience in IT Managed Services
  • High performing Client Engagement Leaders have the demonstrated ability to overcome obstacles, achieve goals, and articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings
  • Outstanding communication and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with ability to build relationships, communicate product knowledge, and complete projects
  • Ability to solve problems, with critical thinking, judgment, and strong decision-making skills
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work closely and effectively with members across departments and at all levels of the organization
  • Proven track record in developing new relationships with customers and ability to translate client business needs into solutions

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead IT projects and assigned team to delivery exceptional results to assigned client(s)
  • Understanding of clients’ business showing the ability to establish needs, buying cycles, and creating strong relationships to effectively drive sales and repeat business
