The new hire spotlights recognize the people-powered stories of the incredible individuals committed to our clients and Edafio’s success and are fundamental to our vibrant culture. From consultants and engineers to sales leaders and administration and beyond, we’ll get to the heart of our team so you can get to know us a little bit better and find out what makes us tick.

Now let’s learn more about Danny.

What is your name, and what do you do for Edafio?

My name is Danny Webb. I am a Business Development Representative who helps research and find potential clients who would like to do business with Edafio Technologies.

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I’m an Arkansan native that grew up in Sherwood, Arkansas. I went to the University of Arkansas in 2014 and have been living in Fayetteville since 2016. Three words that best describe me are: Respectful, Conscientious and Earnest. I’ve been an avid fitness enthusiast for 11 years now and have an eclectic taste in music, books, and fitness activities. I’ve recently started dabbling in other languages, particularly Russian and Spanish.

What brought you to Edafio?

Curiosity/interest in the latest technology and the impact it can have for clients were initial motivators. The core values: integrity and mutual respect within Edafio aligned with my personal values. This is what sealed the deal.

What do you like to do most outside of work?

Spending time with friends, particularly the friends I don’t get to see as often as I’d like, going to the gym (I basically live there), engage in an array of intellectual activities.

Do you have a motto or personal mantra?

“Discipline is doing what you hate to do but doing it like you love it.” – Mike Tyson/ Cus D’amato

What skill do you think everyone should learn?

I believe learning a new language will change how people perceive different cultures. I would push for that but that can take a lot of time even though its rewarding. I also believe everyone should know how to cook and maintain a healthy dietary lifestyle to improve longevity.

Do you have a favorite newspaper, newsletter, book, blog and/or podcast?

The Illiad was a personal favorite book of mine, and Social Engineering The Art of Deception by Kevin Mitnick.
