A superb technologist – experience leading high-performing technology teams by example
Minimum of 15 years leading and inspiring teams both locally and remotely in today’s increasingly virtual world
Proven experience developing plans necessary for teams to meet specific goals in an organized and very detail-oriented manner
Demonstrated ability to develop, advance, and evolve a robust technology roadmap
Demonstrated ability in recruiting, developing, and growing high-performing technical talent at all levels
REQUIRED SKILLS:
Passion for technology with at least 15 years of technical experience with increasing responsibility
Exhibited desire to stay abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape
Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Extensive experience in Service Now implementation and operations focused on leveraging the platform to deliver excellent customer experience and efficient business workflows
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support and demonstrate Edafio Core Values
Provide executive leadership with a focus on employee growth and development
Sets vision and provides oversight/ownership for the direction of the platform
Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence
Chair the Architecture Steering Committee and manage/run required business process management exercises in the organization
Drive the platform, process, innovation, and continuous improvement efforts to achieve best-in-class service delivery efficiencies and effectiveness
Create a vendor management process for our key platform delivery partners, including a vendor/technical platform integration
Drive continuing education requirements for the ServiceNow platform
Work closely with CFO to understand all financial metrics to improve services gross margin
Manage and optimize technology and infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets
Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics
Support M&A initiatives from due diligence work to integration efforts
Create a sustainable organizational delivery model for current and future growth, including acquisitions
