Today, we are delighted to introduce Travis Jackson to Edafio. Travis is one of our most recent hires, filling the role of an Operations Center Manager. He loves to challenge himself, especially when fishing, and maintaining his personal values.

What is your name, and what do you do for Edafio?

My name is Travis Jackson. I am an Operations Center Manager who oversees our Tier 3 and Field Engineering teams, providing support and guidance. I assist in creating goals, training and other day to day operational responsibilities.I act as a liaison with other teams acting as an escalation point for the Ops Center. I also work on implementing continuous improvement processes for our Ops Center.

Tell us a little bit about yourself.

I grew up in North Little Rock, AR. I have one daughter who is 17 years old. I come from a big family with 8 siblings, so community and family values are very important to me.

What brought you to Edafio?

Edafio has a positive reputation in the community. It’s a growth company with many opportunities for advancement. The people and culture were a natural fit for me.

What do you like to do most outside of work?

I love fishing, and cheering on the Razorbacks in any sport.

Do you have a motto or personal mantra?

“Teamwork makes the Dream work.”

What skill do you think everyone should learn?

Compassion – If everyone learned how to give a little grace the world would be in a better place.

One of my all time favorite books is by Zig Ziglar – Better Than Good: Creating a Life you can’t wait to Live.
